Farms to Grow, Inc. is steadfast on a mission to strengthen the bonds among Black farmers and other farmers of color, many of whom feel isolated from vital resources, the USDA, education, and each other. The Farmer Development Program aims to identify farmers and ranchers eager to adopt or continue practicing sustainable methods to start or scale their agricultural operations for success in both local and regional direct-to-consumer and wholesale markets.
Our mission is to ensure that Black farmers and other farmers of color have the tools they need to sustain, thrive and to inspire the next generation through customized workshops of various sustainable practices and distribution opportunities.
